My approach to therapy

Patricia tends to implement a person-centered approach, consistently meeting the needs of each patient in a nonjudgmental, supportive way. She designs her sessions using theoretical approaches such as a strengths-based outlook, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, internal family systems and a trauma-informed perspective.
