Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with more than 22 years of experience working with adolescents and families in community mental health. My background includes crisis clinician, clinical program management, and crisis clinical leadership, with a deep focus on supporting young people and their families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

I provide therapy in English and Spanish and treat cultural and ethnic identity as central to how I understand a person's experience. I offer individual and family therapy to adolescents and adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws on family systems frameworks including Bowen Family Systems and Psychoeducational Family Therapy, alongside psychodynamic practice and motivational interviewing. I work with depression, anxiety, family conflict, trauma, anger, stress, identity concerns, and relationship issues.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out takes courage, especially during hard seasons. I bring over two decades of clinical experience and a commitment to understanding your full context, not just the presenting concern. I offer a free consultation so we can see if this feels like a good fit. Reach out when you are ready.
