Great to meet you!

I’m Patty Castellanos, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. I have a special passion for women’s mental health and enjoy supporting clients through motherhood, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause and menopause.

I believe therapy should be personalized to your unique needs and goals. My hope is to provide a supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring what’s on your mind while developing practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and understood. My approach is collaborative, meaning we’ll work together to better understand what’s keeping you stuck and identify meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and clinical hypnotherapy when appropriate. My goal is to help you build practical skills, gain confidence, and create lasting change that feels meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, your goals, and what you’d like to be different in your life. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how I work.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we’ll do together.
