Great to meet you!

As your counselor, my focus is on helping you discover what truly matters to you and supporting you in creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I believe that every person already carries strengths and wisdom within them, and my role is to help you recognize and build on those.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I draw from positive psychology and strength-based approaches, encouraging you to connect with your values, inner guidance, and resilience. I also weave in mindfulness and spiritual practices when they feel right for you, with the goal of fostering balance, perseverance, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where their voice is heard and respected. My goal is to help clients build insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also developing practical tools they can use in daily life. Together, we focus on reducing stress and anxiety, improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping skills, and fostering healthier relationships. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, with an emphasis on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic. My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped with strategies they can put into practice right away.
