Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Patricia Cruz, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 28 years of clinical experience. As a practitioner, I think of myself as a generalist and enjoy working with a wide variety of people across the lifespan with different challenges and symptoms. I particularly enjoy working with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, parenting and relationship challenges. I approach counseling with focused sincerity and heartfelt joy. I use different methods, but lean towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Eclectic, and Brief Solutions Therapy model.

I attended and graduated from University of California, Irvine and National University. I'm a pet parent to two German shepherds and two kitties.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe and comforting space where our work can be done. I believe that each one of us has the capacity to heal and experience peace and wholeness. It takes bravery to reach out and allow someone else in on our personal healing journey. I believe in meeting people where they are, and equipping them with the tools they need.

What you can expect from our first session

There isn't a one-size-fits-all model to care. I tailor-design a program for each individual client I work with. It’s all about meeting you where you are and getting you where you want to be! If you're ready to get started, please reach out today!
