Great to meet you!

Trish Cunningham brings real life experience of the corporate world, raising four children and struggling to find balance and peace. After a Catholic education, she now identifies as spiritual, rather than religious, and practices daily meditation. She brings deep empathy, and non-judgment for all human struggles. She is an LGBTQIA+ ally and has many clients from this community. She also has deep experience accompanying clients who want to be free of addictions.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic approach that address mind, body and soul. We are more than the roles we play and sometimes our core self is struggling to break free. Wellness, inspiration and healthy, supportive relationships are all key ingredients to a balanced life and finding the joy that makes life a wonderful adventure. I use my real life experience to help you diagnose the issues that are keeping you from leading the life you deserve.

What you can expect from me

Together we will address thoughts and behavior patterns that are not serving you well. I will teach you mindfulness skills to address anxiety, as well as healthy communication to ensure that your needs are met in significant relationships. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your concerns. And I can give you homework and tools to use outside of our sessions.
