Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, adolescents, and couples navigating life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. I earned my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and have additional training in EMDR. I offer services in both English and Spanish, creating a space where clients can express themselves comfortably and authentically. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as CBT and EMDR while also focusing on building insight, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together at your pace. Therapy with me is about helping you better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. You can expect a calm, supportive space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We’ll begin identifying your goals and what you’d like to gain from our work together. My intention is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process.
