As a licensed clinical social worker of 27 years, it is my privilege to help individuals face mental health challenges. My education at New York University as well as my clinical experience in community mental health settings and private practice has cultivated my professional expertise in effecting positive change for my clients.
My approach is to tailor a treatment plan together to address your unique needs using evidenced based skills and techniques. My co-therapist, Asher, my certified therapy dog, is also available to provide comfort and a steady presence during your sessions.
In our first session you will have the opportunity to share your story as well as identify your goals on your mental health journey. My goal is to set the foundation for a positive therapeutic relationship through a safe and welcoming environment.
