Great to meet you!

I am the proud founder of Manatee Associates of Counseling & Assessment. My life pursuits have been aimed at utilizing the gift of being a psychologist to provide individuals with healing through counseling. I believe one of the best ways to reach healing is through a therapeutic relationship. How I foster this relationship is by being genuine and authentic with each of my clients, so they feel comfortable and safe within the therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

I approach the therapy process with a client-centered lens of respect. People often come into therapy to address specific issues, and when they do, I follow that lead. When individuals enter this process uncertain of what their needs may be, I empathically meet them where they are, and together we explore factors contributing to their current experiences.

What you can expect from me

When people are facing one of life’s storms, they may feel disappointed, alone and discouraged. My goal is to help individuals fight negative emotions by finding hope even in the midst of a storm. If you are facing one of life’s storms and finding it hard to have hope, I am willing to hold the hope for you until you can carry it on your own.
