Great to meet you!

Often, struggles can become gateways to transformation. Many of the clients I work with are navigating low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, trauma, grief, or major life transitions that leave them feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. You may be experiencing racing thoughts, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, loss, or uncertainty about your direction in life. When we begin to explore these experiences with compassion and curiosity, new perspectives and meaningful change can emerge.

I believe telling your story in a safe, supportive space can be deeply healing. I want to hear about your hopes, dreams, challenges, and losses. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences, develop emotional resilience, and move toward greater clarity and self-acceptance. You are not alone, and I am here to walk alongside you as you move forward on your journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I draw from techniques such as creative visualization, dream work, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. These approaches can help address anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that may be affecting your relationships and overall well-being.

I focus on creating a supportive environment grounded in empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing practical tools for coping, emotional regulation, and personal growth. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful changes that support long-term healing.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental. In our first meeting, we will spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of your next steps. This session is an opportunity to share your story at your own pace and begin identifying your goals.

We will also talk about what you hope to gain from therapy and determine whether we are a good fit for working together. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer sense of direction and confidence in the next steps of your journey.
