Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of nursing experience, including more than 10 years in psychiatric care. After earning my master’s degree in nursing, I became a PMHNP in 2022. Originally from Africa, I bring a broad perspective, deep compassion, and a strong commitment to helping people feel supported in their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on improving overall wellbeing through a safe, supportive, and respectful therapeutic environment. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their diagnosis, explore their concerns, and develop a care plan that fits their needs, including medication management when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming space where they feel heard, valued, and understood. My goal is to help each person gain clarity, build confidence in their treatment, and make meaningful progress toward feeling healthier and more balanced in daily life.
