Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or just tired of carrying everything on your own, you’re in the right place. I work with people who are navigating anxiety and everyday stressors that can make life feel heavier than it should.

My goal is for you to feel genuinely heard, understood, and more hopeful after we start working together. I’m naturally warm, direct, and a little humorous when the moment calls for it—because therapy doesn’t always have to feel so serious to be meaningful.

I’m also a proud mom to my 28-year-old daughter and share my home with a lovable Shih Tzu and two very spirited cats. Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends or looking for ways to help others. Being detail-oriented and deeply caring are just part of who I am, and they show up in the way I support my clients.

My approach to therapy

We’ll work as a team to understand what’s been weighing on you and start finding realistic, practical ways to move forward. Our work focuses on noticing patterns that keep you stuck, building on your strengths, and creating changes that actually fit your real life—not some ideal version of it.

I believe therapy should feel like a supportive, collaborative space where you can be yourself, talk openly, and even laugh sometimes. You set the pace, and together we’ll focus on what helps you feel better both now and long-term.

What you can expect from me

Our first conversation is simply about getting to know you—your story, what’s been going on, and what you’d like to be different. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out.

We’ll start identifying goals together and making sure this feels like the right fit for you. Most people leave those early sessions feeling more comfortable, clearer about their next steps, and confident that change is possible.

Over time, you can expect to:

  • feel heard and understood
  • learn healthier ways to express and manage your emotions
  • build practical tools you can use in everyday life
  • feel more confident, hopeful, and in control
