Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Patty and I am here to remind you that;

You are not your struggles.

Too often, people begin to define themselves by their anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, painful experiences, or difficult circumstances. While these challenges are real and deserve attention, they do not define who you are.

I understand that life's journey can include loss, disappointment, uncertainty, and unexpected transitions. Yet,.I believe these experiences can also reveal resilience, wisdom, and strengths that may have previously gone unrecognized. Our experiences help shape our stories, but they do not determine how the story ends.

My approach to therapy

For more than 25 years, I have helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My passion is helping people separate their identity from what they are experiencing and reconnect with the whole, resilient, creative, and valuable person within.

What you can expect from me

For more than 25 years, I have helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Whether you are facing a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I provide a warm, compassionate environment where healing can occur, strengths can emerge, and hope can be restored. Your story is still being written, and healing is always possible.
