I enjoy getting to know my client's and working with them to get their life to where they identify they want to be. CBT is used to challenge thought processes, for both of us to see alternate perspectives to the same problem. Support is offered throughout the therapeutic relationship. EMDR trained as well as use of mindfulness, emotion regulation and effective communication skills. I have worked with many clients to manage anger as well as treating addiction and mental health simultaneously.
