I truly believe that we all hold the answers within ourselves, my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you in this journey we call life, and I am not the expert on your life..you are. I have over eight years of experience working with children and families in various settings. I am passionate about treating everyone as an individual, you are not just a number to me you are important and you have intrinsic value.

I approach the first session as a conversation. We will go explore your history and background and create treatment goals. My goal is to get to know you and figure out how I can best support you in meeting your treatment goals.
