Great to meet you!

I am a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of clinical experience dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing and Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner degree from South University and am board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). To further specialize in mental health, I completed a post-graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Wilkes University and obtained board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). My diverse clinical background has equipped me with the knowledge and experience to provide comprehensive psychiatric care while recognizing the important connection between physical and mental health

My approach to therapy

I believe that meaningful healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe discussing your concerns openly. I partner closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that reflects their unique experiences, goals, and values. Utilizing the latest evidence-based practices, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, and thoughtful medication management, I provide care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), eating disorders, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder, and other psychiatric conditions. As a fluent English and Spanish speaker, I am proud to provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.

What you can expect from me

I understand that seeking mental health care is a deeply personal decision, and I consider it a privilege to be part of each patient's journey toward healing. I take the time to truly listen, understand your story, and provide care with empathy, respect, and clinical excellence. My approach extends beyond symptom management—I strive to help individuals build resilience, improve their overall quality of life, and achieve long-term emotional wellness. Whether you are facing new challenges or have been struggling for years, I am committed to providing personalized, compassionate, and high-quality psychiatric care while empowering you to take an active role in your treatment and recovery.
