I am a Board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with well over 30years experience in the industry. Dual Master's prepared from UPenn, and Rocky Mountain U. My focus is on healing utilizing foundation of sleep, activity, and nutrition and then layering the right medication or supplements to support optimizing the person. I am especially versed in trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, panic, mood disorders, and Veteran needs/issues & first responders.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, nurturing , and supportive. I provide proactive support and share decision-making with the client. I do not like to just prescribe, but find the best fit and help with long term solutions, finding the root causes of issues.
