I have been in the counseling field and Independently Licensed for 20 years working for agencies and private treatment centers with all age groups. I retired in February 2023. However, I feel I still want to use the gift of help people and am working part-time in Wickenburg, taking both insurance and fee for service.

My area of expertise is depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance abuse, and eating disorders. My main method of therapy is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

EMDR is the approach I find is helpful to support individuals with trauma, substance abuse, or depression.

Clients will learn emotional regulation, communication, and gain a positive self image.
