Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, client-centered therapist who believes therapy works best when we work together as a team. I tailor my approach to your unique needs and goals and welcome your feedback throughout the process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, including individuals on the Autism Spectrum and foster children.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and PTSD symptoms, social pressures, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I integrate approaches such as EMDR, IFS, CBT, and attachment-based therapy to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and build meaningful tools for moving forward. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey. Together, we’ll identify goals that are meaningful and specific to your needs, values, and desires, while taking realistic steps toward the changes you want to make. I tailor therapy to each individual and use different therapeutic approaches based on what feels most helpful for you.

What you can expect from me

I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating or even anxiety-provoking, so I strive to create a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself. I give you my full attention and genuinely value getting to know your story, experiences, and perspective. My goal is to help you feel understood, build on your strengths, and develop the tools you need to move toward the life you envision for yourself.
