Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist who genuinely understands your story, your culture, your identity, and the weight of what you have been carrying can feel like searching for something that might not exist. I am Patricia, a bilingual LCSW who works with clients in English and Spanish across every stage of life, from infants and young children to adolescents, adults, and seniors. My practice centers on trauma and PTSD, identity and gender affirming care, and the lived experiences of women and LGBTQIA+ individuals. People who come to me often say they finally found someone who meets them where they are, not where they think they are supposed to be.

My approach to therapy

We start by getting to the root. Before anything else, we explore how you connect to yourself and to the people around you, because those patterns shape everything. My work is not just about you as an individual. I take a whole system approach that includes your family and support network too, because healing rarely happens in isolation. Whether you are working through trauma, navigating your identity, processing grief, or simply trying to feel more grounded in your daily life, we build a path that fits your actual world. I believe in your capacity to grow, and I am in this alongside you. #weareinthistogether

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. Part getting to know each other, part figuring out if we are a good working fit. I want to understand what brings you in, what you are hoping for, and what a meaningful next step looks like for you. If you have been waiting to find someone who helps you feel less alone in all of this, I would love to hear from you. Reach out whenever you are ready.
