Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Patti, a Licensed Professional Counselor in both CA and PA. I'm really glad you're here. If you feel overwhelmed, stuck in repeating relationship patterns, or constantly putting other's needs before your own, you're not alone. I work with women and teens experiencing anxiety and life transitions to help them gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more grounded in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I'm often described as warm, personable, and easy to talk to, and I sometimes use gentle humor to help create comfort and connection in our sessions. Many of my clients share that through our work together they experience greater resilience, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of inner peace.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it's completely normal to feel a little nervous. In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what led you to seek support. I'll ask a few questions to better understand your experiences and what you hope to gain from therapy so we can begin shaping our work together. There's no pressure to share everything right away - my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can move at a pace that feels comfortable
