Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Patricia Inguanzo, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and behavioral issues. I received my Master's in Science in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered in your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin getting to know each other. I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and what has led you to seek therapy at this time. This helps me better understand your needs and how I can best support you.

There is no pressure to share everything at once ,this is your space, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will also begin identifying your goals for therapy and discuss what you hope to gain from the process.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of how we can work together, along with an initial plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and more at ease about the therapeutic process.
