Great to meet you!

Healing is life changing experience that can be cultivated in a safe and supportive environment. I whole heartedly offer therapy services to co-creating safe healing spaces for people to grown, learn, release, and transform. Through my professional and personal development, I have understood that human connection is a fundamental building block for human transformation. My profession education and training includes having the great honor to study “Psychology” and "Chicana/o Studies" at UCLA for my undergraduate degree and “Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Latinx Family Studies” at Pacific Oaks College for my master’s degree. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked with children, youth, families, and community members in the greater Los Angeles County. I offer therapeutic services that focus on client-centered, solution-focused, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed modalities. The client populations I work with include children, youth, adults, and elders.

My approach to therapy

Building trust and rapport is critical part of the therapeutic process that opens the door to meaningful conversations. My approach to therapy is based on meeting clients where they are, acknowledging that clients are experts in their own lives, collaboratively working to identifying goals, and improving overall lifestyle practices. Additionally, safety is a top priority and sensitively working through personal challenges is unique experience that I offer during the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

During therapy, clients will experience acknowledgement, validation, safety, trust, compassion, and respect. Clients will take away a sense of greater clarity and self-awareness of personal goals, challenges, and areas for personal growth. Clients will also gain practical and effective coping skills to improve overall health and wellness.
