Great to meet you!

I use a person-centered approach to therapy and offer unconditional positive regard to all who come to me. I have lived a full life of overcoming challenges and finding my true self in the midst of my experiences. I have a passion to help others in their struggles and share my knowledge and experience in navigating the chaotic world in which we all live. I believe that the best way to navigate personal relationships is with emotional regulation and boundaries.

My approach to therapy

I approach each client with warmth and curiosity. I offer compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard to each individual I see. I let you set the pace for how much to share based on how safe you feel with me. I do not judge other's experiences, emotions, or thoughts, and typically I will have experienced something similar that I can relate to your experience. In this way, and using different theoretical approaches, I treat my clients individually and holistically.

What you can expect from me

Clients can learn emotional regulation skills, mindfulness, setting boundaries, and learn to love themselves and others.
