Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. My work focuses on helping clients better understand their thoughts and emotions while developing practical coping strategies to navigate daily challenges.

My approach is client-centered and collaborative, incorporating cognitive behavioral and strength-based techniques. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their concerns at their own pace.

I provide telehealth therapy services, allowing for flexible and accessible care. I work with adults who are seeking support, clarity, and tools to improve their overall well-being and move forward with greater confidence.

I am committed to helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and supportive. I work with clients to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I incorporate cognitive behavioral and strength-based techniques to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we focus on developing practical coping skills while also exploring underlying patterns that may be contributing to current challenges.

I tailor each session to the individual, meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels appropriate for them. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and feel more empowered in managing their mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a supportive, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where they can begin to share what has been bringing them to therapy. We will take time to discuss current concerns, explore relevant background information, and identify initial goals for treatment.

I will also provide space for clients to ask questions and become more comfortable with the process. The focus of the first session is not to solve everything at once, but to begin building a strong therapeutic connection and a clear understanding of what support is needed.

By the end of the session, clients can expect to have a better sense of direction, feel heard and understood, and begin identifying practical steps toward improving their well-being.
