Great to meet you!

Are you finding you are not as happy as you should be? Are there negative thoughts that intrude in your daily life? I am here to help you figure out what you need to do to be your best self. Everyone can use an objective voice to help them work out what is going on in their life. I have the experience that helps me understand and empathize with clients’ situations and so can offer real world help. I believe you to be an active participant in therapy, I am here to help you find your own path.

My approach to therapy

I believe I am good at asking the right questions to get to the true heart of the issue. Anxiety, depression, ADHD and OCD manifest in different ways for different people. So there are no set answers. The trick is to find the core belief and then find the best way to either combat it or reframe it to make it work for the person.

What you can expect from me

Useful tools to manage symptoms until, ultimately, the symptoms are relieved.
