Great to meet you!

Over the last 9 years, I have worked with adults, children of all ages, and families in different settings and am inspired by resiliency in some of the most challenging situations. I believe that every individual has a place within the family system and I work to integrate as many parts as possible to promote healthy families and lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from a strengths-based perspective because I firmly believe in the power of positivity as well as every person's inherent ability to find and enact their own solutions.

I also will bring in elements of somatic modalities to allow people to connect with their bodies while in the process of healing.

What you can expect from our first session

As humans, we sometimes forget what we are told but we never forget how we were made to feel. My sincere desire that clients feel heard and seen while in my office. My goal that they take with them tools that will continue those feelings of value and importance back into their own worlds.
