Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of clinical experience working with adults, children of all ages, and families in different settings and am inspired by resiliency in some of the most challenging situations. I specialize in trauma, including complex and childhood trauma, as well as the quieter wounds that often go unspoken but deeply affect us. Trauma can disconnect us from our bodies, emotions, and identity. In therapy, we’ll move at your pace—centering safety, empowerment, and trust every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective because I firmly believe in the power of positivity and in every person’s inherent ability to grow, heal, and move forward. I also will bring in elements of somatic modalities to allow people to connect with their bodies while in the process of healing. Clients often come to me when navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling like they’ve lost themselves along the way. In sessions, you can expect warmth, collaboration, curiosity, and deep respect for your journey.

What you can expect from me

As humans, we sometimes forget what we are told but we never forget how we were made to feel. My sincere desire that clients feel heard and seen while in my office. My goal that they take with them tools that will continue those feelings of value and importance back into their own worlds. Therapy doesn’t mean fixing you - because you are not broken. It means discovering new perspectives, learning new skills, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that trauma may have silenced. I’d be honored to walk alongside you and will do so with care and respect.
