Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Patricia McIntosh. I am a clinical social worker with over 35 years of diverse experience. I am passionate about "caring for the caregiver." Those of us who help others professionally may find ourselves depleted and needing to refill the energy we give so generously to others. I aim to work with you to name what is causing your stress and identify new tools for creating balance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a proponent of not just listening to you, but truly hearing you. Together we will identify the source of your stressors and develop solutions to address them. I will teach you skills to help improve your quality of life.

What you can expect from our first session

Through our sessions, I will encourage you to draw upon your strengths and identify paths to balancing the demands in your life. We will explore different tools and techniques to employ for self-regulation. My goal is to offer individualized insight to guide you to wellness. I look forward to meeting you and to supporting your journey!
