Great to meet you!

Have you spent your life trying to feel “enough”? Always the helper, the strong one, the fixer—until you're exhausted? If you grew up around addiction, neglect, or dysfunction, you may still be stuck in old survival roles: people-pleasing, over-responsibility, hiding your needs. Addiction affects everyone it touches—and over time, we lose ourselves trying to save someone else. You may be over functioning, trying to hold it all together or too drained to show up for your own life. It’s called codependent behaviors, and like addiction, it thrives on denial. But there is a way forward. Healing starts when you start focusing on you.

My approach to therapy

I help Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) and others with codependent behavior patterns stop people-pleasing and start healing. I help people reclaim their peace, purpose, and power even if the addict never changes. My approach is warm and collaborative using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. It's not selfish to get help. It’s survival.

What you can expect from me

These patterns—hyper-responsibility, people-pleasing, walking on eggshells—once kept you safe. Now they drain your voice, your energy, and your identity. Let’s focus on letting go of guilt, reclaiming your self-worth, setting boundaries without shame, healing burnout, and building safe, mutual relationships. Reach out today for an appointment.
