We work with adults as well as children 4-10 in our specialized playroom. We consult on best practices to raise thriving, self confident children ready for the real world. We treat infants- toddlers 0-3. We also love working with teens and young adults, assisting them with issues of identity and self worth.
Common issues we treat in therapy include anxiety, depression, trauma and stressor related disorders such as adjustment disorder and PTSD. Feelings of low self worth stemming from unresolved early childhood issues that lead to behaviors that make life unsatisfying and relationships difficult.
