Hi! I am Tricia, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Social Work, a Masters in Social Work, and a clinical license. With over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I have developed a compassionate and eclectic approach that is tailored to each individual's needs. I've worked with clients who have faced trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, family issues, and relationship issues, and I'm committed to creating a safe, client-centered space that fosters growth and healing.

Using a holistic approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and other techniques, I'll work with you to develop a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs and goals. My goal is to empower you to be your truest self, to help you discover your strengths and resilience, and to support you in achieving lasting change.
