Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel a nudge that life could be bigger with fewer fears, more joy, better health, and less negative self-talk? As a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, business owner, and seeker of truth, I continue my journey of healing and hope, drawing on my own struggles and successes. After feeling drawn to help others later in my life, I went back to school and received my Master's in Counseling degree from Regis University. If I have the honor of meeting with you, we will embark on a unique journey where we share your strengths, dreams, fears, and hopes for a stronger, fuller you. Maybe it's your time to reach out.

My approach to therapy

I work as a person-centered therapist, helping you create a space to explore your own life as the expert on your goals and where you want to discover. We will work with you to become your truest self. As a person-centered therapist, I will work with you to honor your true choices while promoting your well-being, supporting independence, improving quality of life, and fostering resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a time for you to explore your own feelings and story in a safe, collaborative, welcoming setting. As you build safety and agency, you will become more secure in telling your story and stating your needs, leading to greater confidence and a willingness to address and move forward toward achieving the goals and wants that are important to you.
