Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Patricia Navarro, a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist with over 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, families, and children.

I have studied at Universidad Autónoma de México in Mexico City, Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and the University of San Diego in San Diego, California. I have lived and travelled across different continents; I have faced many struggles of my own, which I believe give me a deeper understanding of human nature.

I specialize in supporting people through challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, migration grief, relationship issues, and work-related stress.

I’m certified in grief counseling, trained in family and couples therapy, and, at the same time, I have continued to practice mindfulness for 17 years.

I use a variety of approaches to meet your unique needs. My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from different techniques, including mindfulness and evidence-based practices, to help you feel supported and empowered.

I believe therapy is a safe space to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard, supported, not judged, and guided toward greater clarity, healing, and self-awareness.

Together, we’ll work on developing practical tools, emotional insight, and inner peace. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with purpose and confidence.
