Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping individuals, and families navigate challenges and build healthier relationships. In my private practice, I provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore issues such as anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing on evidence-based practices to promote growth and resilience. I’m passionate about empowering people to create meaningful change and live more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a way that feels collaborative and supportive. My goal is to create a safe space where people feel heard and understood. I specialize in trauma therapy, so a big part of my work is helping clients process difficult experiences and rebuild a sense of safety and empowerment.

I also work with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness, but I always tailor my style to what feels right for each person. Ultimately, I want clients to feel like they have the tools and confidence to move forward in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin building trust and understanding. I typically start by explaining the therapy process, confidentiality, and answering any questions.

Clients are encouraged to share what brings them to therapy, their concerns, and what they hope to achieve. We’ll talk about their history, current challenges, and set initial goals together. This session is also about making sure clients feel comfortable and heard—it’s not about having all the answers right away but about starting the journey toward healing and growth.
