Great to meet you!

Hi there, my name is Patricia, and I'm a trauma-informed therapist with 8+ years of experience helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and wholeness.

My approach is compassionate, steady, and deeply rooted in the belief that healing begins at the foundation of our lived experiences. I have experience working with people of all walks of life facing behavioral and mental health issues, as well as 15+ years working in a hospital environment. This has allowed me to focus on the whole- person approach.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I create a calm and supportive space where you can explore your story at your own pace. I draw on evidence-based practices and a trauma-sensitive lens to help you process the past, understand your patterns, and cultivate resilience. I honor the courage it takes to seek support, and I walk alongside you as you rediscover your capacity for growth, connection, and renewal.

What you can expect from me

As a trusted therapist, I will work to create a safe structured space that centers on helping clients feel connected. I will work to create a foundation where healing can happen.
