Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey with 15 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges.

My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change.

My areas of focus include:

  • Mood Disorders: Bipolar I, Depression
  • Personality Disorders: Borderline Personality Disorder
  • Adjustment Concerns: burnout, life transitions, academic and relationship challenges
  • Anxiety Disorders: OCD, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
  • Neurodevelopmental Disorders: ADHD, Autism Spectrum
  • Grief, Bereavement, and Trauma

I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT, ERP, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether you are seeking relief from symptoms, support through a difficult transition, or tools to maintain your progress, I will walk alongside you with compassion and practical strategies.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also drawing from mindfulness-based CBT, person-centered therapy, positive psychology, and solution-focused brief treatment. I have extensive experience using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in my work with clients diagnosed with OCD. In addition, I am a Certified Trauma Specialist, and I integrate trauma-informed practices to ensure therapy feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs.

Whether you are seeking support for healing, navigating a transition, or building long-term resilience, I provide practical tools and compassionate guidance to help you move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

I firmly believe that much of the success in therapy depends on the strength of the client-therapist relationship. My ultimate goal is to make sure clients feel comfortable, safe, and supported throughout the process. Together, we will set realistic, attainable goals during the initial session and track progress over time. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am committed to walking alongside you as we work toward your goals and growth.
