Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than seven years of helping individuals navigate various mental health issues. I currently specialize in maternal and perinatal mental health, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy complications, birth trauma, loss and the NICU experience. I provide a warm, culturally responsive and non judgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I use evidenced-based techniques to help clients identify patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build on their existing strengths. I strive to provide a culturally responsive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental space where you can share what brought you to therapy at your own pace. We will discuss your current concerns, relevant experiences, strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together. Together, we will identify realistic goals tailored to your needs, such as reducing distress, developing healthier coping strategies, or feeling more confident navigating life transitions. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and clear about our next steps.
