Great to meet you!

I believe in the ability of people to change. I also know that what often holds us back is the lack of trust, self-confidence and support to help us get where we want to go.

My approach to therapy

I come with many years experience as a therapist working with individuals, couples and groups. I work with general mental health issues including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and couples behavioral therapy. I utilize both behavioral techniques as well as insight therapies and am versed in several complementary therapies, as well.

What you can expect from me

You will be able to learn and try on new behaviors in a safe and warm environment. Change is difficult but do-able with the proper support and tools. We are all works in progress. I don't believe any of us go through life unscathed. But with the right help, we can successfully manage our emotions and have healthy, loving relationships.
