Great to meet you!

Therapy is personal, and I believe it should feel that way. With nearly nine years of experience, I've learned that meaningful change happens when clients feel comfortable enough to let their guard down and simply be themselves. My sessions are conversational, genuine, and often include humor when it's helpful, so clients frequently leave feeling like they've had a real conversation instead of a formal counseling session while also gaining practical, evidence-based strategies they can apply in everyday life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with other evidence-based approaches, to help clients create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is anything but one-size-fits-all. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating other evidence-based techniques to fit your individual needs and goals. I believe therapy can be both productive and comfortable, so my sessions are conversational, genuine, and sometimes include humor when it helps put things into perspective. I'll listen without judgment, be honest when you need accountability, and work alongside you to help you gain practical tools that create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on building a genuine connection and helping you feel comfortable from the very beginning. I'll spend time getting to know you, listening to your story, and making sure you feel heard while we identify your needs, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There is no pressure to have everything figured out—we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling less like you just met with a stranger and more like you've had an honest conversation with someone who understands, while knowing you have a therapist who is committed to helping you move forward.
