Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with decades of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, chronic illness, sleep concerns, and other emotional and behavioral health challenges.

I have worked extensively with adults and older adults and also have significant experience with children and adolescents. My background in health and medical psychology allows me to support individuals coping with chronic medical conditions, aging, health-related anxiety, and the emotional impact of physical illness.

Having practiced internationally and worked with individuals from many cultural and linguistic backgrounds, I place a strong emphasis on culturally sensitive and inclusive care. I speak English, Spanish, Italian, and French and understand the importance of considering each person's cultural, family, and life experiences in therapy.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, adjusting to a major change, dealing with health concerns, experiencing relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a supportive space to better understand what you are experiencing, strengthen your coping skills, and work toward greater emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based, solution-focused, psychoanalytic, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches, tailoring treatment to each person's needs, experiences, and goals. I believe that understanding the patterns behind our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors can help us develop healthier ways of coping and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I will invite you to share your current concerns, relevant history, relationships, and the changes you would like to make. Together, we will identify your priorities and begin developing an individualized treatment plan that reflects your needs and goals. My aim is to create a comfortable, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and supported from the beginning.
