Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a graduate degree from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and a Masters in Nursing from American Sentinel University, CO. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in multiple settings, facing various complex mental health issues, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.

My approach to therapy

I approach each patient as a unique individual and tailor the patient's care accordingly. I look at the whole person and include the mind, body and spirit in the evaluation. My approach to medication management is "low and slow". I prefer the first visit as in person but am willing to have a Telehealth visits based on the issues and concerns presented.

What you can expect from me

My patients will understand the treatment plan and know with a combined effort I can help them achieve their highest level of functioning.

I served 8 years active duty in the Army, am a spouse of a 25 year Army Pilot and worked 13 years with the 10th Special Forces, Fort Carson. I have a passion for those that serve and their families. I am also a mother of an 19year old ADHD son.
