Dr. Patricia Sikkeland

I obtained my doctorate in clinical forensic psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have acquired several years of professional training in the field of clinical and forensic psychology. My clinical interests have included work with the following population: older adults, teens, adults, transgender; including the unhoused and the incarcerated. My experiences have allowed me to work with clients diagnosed with an array of mental health issues.

I use a broad range of cognitive behavioral and insight-oriented techniques in the psychotherapy and counseling process. I Work collaboratively with my clients to set the goals and pace of the psychotherapy process is my favorite aspect in psychology. In addition, I have experience with administering personality, projective, neuropsychology, and intelligence tests.

Flexibility is what clients seek in their mental health services. My patients have the benefit of teletherapy as well as in office sessions.
