Patricia Stout

My journey started in 1985 and continues today. I often treat other therapists and those in adddiction recovery. I enjoy singing, hiking, meditation, healing circles, & social justice work. My spouse, a veteran, and I moved from New Orleans to San Antonio in 2021 to be grandparents. Since my MSW in 1989, I've worked in addictions, mental health, schools, hospitals, and private practice as well as facilitating many healing workshops and retreats and founding a non-profit healing center.

Experienced in: CBT, psychoanalytic approaches, developmental psychology, family and systems theory, Adult Child work, guided imagery, transpersonal psychology, Adlerian/ Eriksonian approaches, Gestalt, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), feminist theory, and the use of art, music, myth, and ritual in the healing process. Certified in Psycho-Spiritual Integration and Integrative Breathwork, I also have somatic training from the School of Spiritual Psychology in Conscious Connected Breathing.

You will learn how to rewrite your story from within your own consciousness so that you can live it out in a new way in the world and in your relationships.

Using a collaborative and empowering approach, we will work together with breath, body-based mindfulness exercises and other inner resources to access your wisdom.

Though the work can be challenging, you will be empowered here. Over time, you will watch your story become an asset and each part of you become part of the solution!
