Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity exploration. I also have particular expertise and passion supporting individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, people working through fertility and family-building challenges (including adoption and foster care), and those facing professional burnout or relationship changes.

Before transitioning to full-time private practice, I served as the Director of Therapy Services at Headspace, where I helped manage a fast-paced, remote therapy clinic. I now provide telehealth therapy across over 40 states through PsyPact and am based in New Hampshire, where I live with my family.

Clients who work with me can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences, identify patterns, and build meaningful, lasting change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to build practical tools for managing distress and creating change. I also integrate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, depending on your needs and goals.

I believe that therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. We'll work together to explore what’s holding you back, identify your values, and develop strategies that align with the life you want to lead. Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, identity questions, or just feeling stuck, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and a greater sense of peace.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to help you feel heard, validated, and supported while also equipping you with skills to manage challenges outside of our sessions. You’ll learn strategies tailored to your needs—whether that’s coping with anxiety or depression, improving relationships, setting boundaries, or navigating life transitions. Over time, many clients report increased confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of identity and direction.
