Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and supported. I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where we can work together to navigate life’s challenges and build on your strengths.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 35 years of experience in healthcare and behavioral health. My background includes emergency medicine, nursing, gastroenterology, pediatrics, case management, hospice care, and clinical social work, giving me a unique perspective on the connection between emotional and physical well-being.

I work with adults experiencing grief and loss, trauma, depression, chronic illness, caregiver stress, life transitions, aging-related concerns, and relationship challenges. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and experiential techniques, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs.

Whether you’re facing a difficult season, adjusting to change, or seeking greater fulfillment, I’m committed to helping you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
