Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Patricia.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying pain that no one else can see.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, depression, grief, ADHD, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I believe therapy should be one of the few places where you don't have to explain why you're hurting before you're believed.

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and understood—without judgment.

Many of my clients have spent years putting everyone else's needs first. Others have experienced difficult relationships, family conflict, violence, discrimination, or life experiences that have left them questioning themselves.

Together, we'll work to understand what has shaped your story while developing practical tools that help you move forward with greater confidence, self-compassion, and emotional balance.

Healing isn't about becoming someone different.

It's about reconnecting with who you've always been beneath the stress, fear, trauma, or self-doubt.

My approach to therapy

No two people experience life the same way, which is why therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to your unique needs.

I draw from evidence-based therapies including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Trauma-Focused CBT
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy
  • Humanistic Therapy
  • Attachment-Based Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based approaches
  • Motivational Interviewing

Together we'll identify what's keeping you stuck while building practical skills that create lasting change.

Clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to.

I strive to create an environment where you can speak openly without fear of judgment.

As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I understand the ways culture, identity, family expectations, and life experiences influence emotional well-being.

Whether you're navigating personal struggles, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, I will meet you with curiosity, empathy, and respect.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you.

We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope will be different, and what has helped—or hasn't—in the past.

There's no pressure to share everything immediately.

We'll move at a pace that feels safe for you while creating a plan that supports your goals.
