Trish uses a combination of therapies including cognitive behavioral and short-term solution-focused to help clients improve their lives through making changes in their actions/behaviors using humor when appropriate.
Clients will learn new coping skills to help them improve their relationship with themselves, those around them and their environment to help build a more fulfilling life
