Great to meet you!

I was a children’s daycare owner for seven years before I decided to come back to the mental health field. I have worked with victims of domestic violence, perpetrators of domestic violence, crisis assessment, community mental health, and in a group practice. I am certified in dialectical behavior therapy and clinical trauma; these certifications have positively shaped my practice due to the interest in managing symptoms and confronting difficult pasts.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will give you my unbiased, nonjudgmental support, to help you get to a place of acceptance. It’s best not to limit certain approaches, but they will be tailored to each client individually.

What you can expect from our first session

Life is difficult, and that is one thing we all endure in our own way. Through my life experiences, I have recognized that I am my own worst critic, but I am also my own biggest supporter. It’s interesting to see how every unique client deals with the challenges of life. I encourage a culturally diverse clientele. The great thing is that we are human and, at the core, we all experience human emotions.
