Great to meet you!

I understand that relationships hold the transformative power to change lives. By collaborating and reflecting on your experiences, our sessions become purposeful and effective

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a strength-based and wellness-focused approach to inspire hope, a client-centered and experiential approach to fully engage you in the growth process. and a trauma-informed and evidence-supported approach to support and sustain healing. Further, I strive to create an environment where you feel safe and accepted enough to express yourself freely, take emotional risks, and challenge the mindsets that hold you back.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients should expect that the achievements they make in sessions are sustainable. I help clients set functional goals that are incremental, achievable, and experientially measured; and I provide psychoeducation, activities, and other resources for their use outside of sessions. Clients will see themselves as competent and capable, empowering them to sustain their growth process after they move on.
