Hello! Thanks for taking time to get to know me a bit, I hope I get the opportunity to get to know you too! I've been working in this field for over 8 years and I love getting to know and help my clients. I'm licensed in 2 states and have experience and training working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, among other areas. I work with adolescents and adults am passionate in helping people connect with their authentic selves.

I use a strengths-based, trauma informed, solution-focused approach in my work. I believe in meeting the individual where they're at and empowering them to create the change they seek with some guidance and support from me.

Clients can expect to experience a safe and calming space where they can heal from external and internal events with a calm mind and body. The goal is to create long-term sustainable changes for a healthier and happier life.
